Chavez Memorial Committee of Pinal County invites all High School students in Pinal County to showcase their artistic talent and commitment to the public understanding of the life of Cesar E. Chavez, Dolores Clara Fernández Huerta and Larry Itliong by participating in the annual Cesar E. Chavez Memorial Art Competition.
